ONLINE MARKETPLACE
With home browsers regularly scrolling through reams of houses on Rightmove and Zoopla, it takes more than a few pictures to make a property stand out from the crowd. I will create exciting descriptions that new buyers have said are like ‘reading a beautiful story’ to turn casual browsers into serious viewers. This service can include short summaries for online listings off-site as well as detailed descriptions to display on your website.

EDITORIAL
Having worked as a newspaper sub-editor, I have regularly received lacklustre and error-ridden copy to insert into property pages. I am happy to distil longer property descriptions into snappy and intriguing editorial copy for the print media, or use floor plans and pictures to create short copy to suit your word count requirements.

THE PROCESS
My copy creation process is simple and convenient for everyone involved.
Using cloud-based systems, Facebook groups, or whatever suits your business, I take the floor plan, pictures, video tours and any non-obvious details relayed by the agent, and any previous listing information to construct the descriptions. I also take time to research the local area to get more of a feel for the broader lifestyle on offer.
Lastly, I carefully check and edit my work to make sure it arrives to you in as near to faultless condition as humanly possible.
Throughout this process, I’m on hand to respond quickly to your queries and will make adjustments and amendments, or adapt the approach and style to your taste.
